The software Suite does not connect with the DS 708. With the DS 708 powered off , you remove the SD card from the DS 708 and put into the card reader of the PC or the card reader that came with the DS 708 and plugged into a USB  port of a clean VIRUS and MALWARE free Windows PC  and the software on the card is updated on your PC .Don't select update all. Just select and update one vehicle make at a time when you have a good high speed internet connection.
